Welcome to biltmore-sufouh.com. This policy explains how the website collects, uses and protects personal information. It covers only this website; it does not cover WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Maps or any other service you reach by following a link from it.
1. Who we are
Biltmore Sufouh operates biltmore-sufouh.com, the sales website for The Biltmore Residences Sufouh on Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Sufouh 1, Dubai. We handle personal data transparently and only for the purposes set out below. For anything to do with this policy or your data, contact us:

2. What personal data we collect
When you send a registration form. The forms on the homepage and the "Register your interest" popup on the other pages ask for your name, email address and phone number. When a form is sent, the website also records which form and page it came from, the date and time, your IP address, your browser's identification string and the page that referred you. The forms have no free-text field, so nothing else is collected through them.
When you contact us directly. If you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive whatever you choose to send, together with your number or address.
When you browse. Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, the type of device and browser you use and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Our web server keeps standard access logs that include the IP address and the pages requested.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive data such as financial details, health information, biometric data or government identity numbers. Please do not send them to us.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and send you what you asked for: floor plans, prices, availability, the payment plan, or an appointment.
- To contact you about The Biltmore Residences Sufouh after you have registered your interest. Every form says so above its button.
- To keep the website and the forms secure: filtering automated submissions, limiting repeated requests from one address, and investigating abuse.
- To understand how the website is used, so that it can be improved.
- To keep the business records that UAE law requires.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you send a form or message us. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us; see section 9.
- Legitimate interest in running a secure website and in knowing how it is used.
- Legal obligation, where a law or regulator in the UAE requires us to keep or disclose information.
5. Cookies, analytics and third-party services
The website sets a session cookie so that its software can tell one visit from another; it holds no personal information and expires when you close the browser. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure visits, under Google's privacy terms. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work.
Some parts of the site are delivered by third parties, which means your browser sends them a request, and with it your IP address, when the page loads:
- Google Analytics, for visit statistics.
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces, on every page.
- A public content delivery network (cdnjs), for the icon font used on the homepage.
- The map on the homepage, the contact page and the area guide, which loads its map imagery and scripts from Google and from a public script library, and calculates drive times through a public routing service.
The WhatsApp, Telegram and Google Maps buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to those companies until you click, and from then on their own privacy policies apply.
6. Who receives your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Your details are seen by:
- the sales team for The Biltmore Residences Sufouh, who answer enquiries;
- our hosting provider, on whose servers the website and its records run, and its email service, which delivers form submissions to the sales team;
- Google, as the provider of the analytics and fonts described above;
- law enforcement or a regulator, only where the law requires it.
Service providers may use your data only to provide their service to us and must protect it.
7. Storage and retention
Form submissions are written to a store on our server that is not reachable from the web, then emailed to the sales team. We keep personal data only as long as it is needed:
- Enquiries and registrations: up to 12 months from your last contact with us, unless a purchase follows, in which case the records of the transaction are kept for as long as the law requires.
- Server logs and security records: typically 30 to 90 days, longer only if needed to investigate a security incident.
- Analytics data: held by Google under the retention setting of our Analytics account.
8. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored outside the part of the server that the web can reach, access to stored data is limited to the people who need it, and the hosting platform provides firewall protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational measures and will tell you if a breach affects your data.
9. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data, unless we are required by law to keep it;
- stop contacting you, or withdraw the consent you gave when you sent a form.

11. Changes to this policy
When the website changes what it collects or how, this page is updated and the effective date at the top changes with it. The previous version, dated 16 October 2025, was published as a popup on the homepage; this version moves it to its own address and describes the registration popup, the analytics and the third-party services in more detail. Nothing in the way data is used has changed.
