What to ask for

- the list of residences currently available, with floor, orientation, exact area and price;
- the furnished floor plan of any unit you are weighing, with its orientation marked;
- the payment schedule for that unit, with dates and dirham amounts, on the 20 / 10 / 10 / 60 plan;
- the current service charge rate and how the annual figure is calculated;
- the paperwork: the project's Dubai Land Department registration, its escrow account details and the most recent construction report;
- a private presentation, in Dubai or by video.
