"Available" means that units of that type were still for sale on the date above. "From" is the lowest price at which a unit of that type was offered on that date; every unit is priced by its size, floor and view, so most sit above it. Buyers paying in full upfront start from AED 2,300,000. The 1 bedroom is sold out.
Why this page does not list units
A public list of units, with a floor and a price against each, is the page most buyers would like to find. It is also the page that goes wrong soonest. Availability at unit level moves continuously, as units are reserved, as reservations lapse and as the sales team changes which units are released. A list published here would be out of date within days, and a buyer who planned around a unit that had already gone would have lost time and, reasonably, some trust in the rest of this site.
So this page states what can be kept true, the position by residence type and the date it was checked, and leaves the unit-by-unit list to the people who hold it. The sales team keeps the live list and sends it on request, with the floor, the orientation and view, the exact area and the current price of each unit available on the day you ask.

Say which residence type you want, the floor range and view you prefer, your budget, and whether the unit is for you or for a tenant. Back comes a list of the units currently available that match, each with its floor, view, exact area and price, and the payment schedule that applies to it.

Once you have the list
- Reserving a unit means paying the 20% booking stage of the 20 / 10 / 10 / 60 plan: the plan in full, with every stage in dirhams.
- Ask for the dimensioned plan of each unit you are weighing, with its orientation marked: how the plans are issued.

How often this page is reviewed
The date at the top is the last time the status of each residence type was confirmed with the sales team. Read it as the date of the last check, not as a promise of a fixed schedule. If the date looks old to you, ask anyway: the live list is always current, even when this page is not.
